When we consciously embody our soul as an In-body experience, we radiate authentic joy and peacefulness. When we disassociate from our body, we also disconnect from our intuition, our heart and our truth. 

There are many paths, walkways, highways and dirt roads all leading back home. Home to our Soul. As we grow and shed layers of beliefs, ideas, identity’s and more, our Soul is the part of us that remains uninterrupted by it all. It’s the place that has been with us from the very beginning.
